中小企業雖能力有限，但各有所長。在協會的積極輔導下，歷年來促成「十大連鎖品牌」、「十二大連鎖品牌」等共同促銷活動，創下國內連鎖加盟產業最大規模的異業合作案。由於合作績效優異，參與的廠商深切體認到異業合作的威力，於是進一步組成了「世紀之龍策略聯盟」，定期聚會並分享經營經驗，成為一個成我自長的機制。「世紀之龍」不但成為本會規模最大的聯誼團體，更被證明是一種有效的合作與成長機制，於是本會陸續在中、南部成立了「世紀菁鷹」與「世紀雄獅」等區域性的聯誼會，不但加深了會員之間的情誼，更提供了彼此間交流學習的機會。 |
| Services Projects～Industry Strategic Alliances |
Although Small-Medium Industries (SMIs) have some limitations, their advantages are far greater then any other industry. Under the support and assistance of the Association of Chain and Franchise Promotion, Taiwan (ACFPT) SMIs has successfully promoted a number of promotion activities such as the “Top Ten Chain and Franchise brands” and the “Top 12 Chain and Franchise brands”. ACFPT has grown to one of the biggest industry strategic alliances for chain store and franchise promotion in Taiwan. Following the great success of the cooperation, all the participating member companies have recognized the power of the Strategic Alliances; therefore they have established “The Century of the Dragon Strategic Alliance”. With these alliances there are regular meetings held for the member franchisers to share their business experiences. By doing this, they will then become a self-growing system. The Century of the Dragon Strategic Alliance has become the biggest club in ACFPT. It has also proved a very efficient way for the cooperation of its members to use this self-growing system. Therefore, ACFPT has continuously launched a number of regional clubs such as “The Century of the Eagle” and “The Century of the Lion” in all part of Taiwan, most notably in the middle and southern areas. This clubs do not only build strong connection between other member franchisers but they also provide the opportunities for the members to share their own personal experiences. |
